About the product
Peppermint oil is an antispasmodic that is used for the relief of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) signs like painful cramps and bloating . Peppermint oil acts by relaxing the spasm occurring in your bowel, which helps in reducing the pain and pushes the pockets of gas to pass along your bowel and out of the body, thus decreasing bloating.
How to use?
Adults and children aged 15 years old and above: The recommended dose is one capsule orally three times a day. If signs are severe, you may take 2 capsules orally three times a day.
Children under 15 years old: Use of this medicine is not recommended for children under 15 years old.
Do not take the capsule right after food. Do not eat for around 30 to 60 minutes after taking your medicine. Swallow the capsule with a small quantity of water.
Do not crush or chew the capsule.
Consult a pharmacist before use.

- Time Frame should not exceed 5 days from the date of receipt
